Owners, Vivian Schoonmaker and C. Steve Ash have over 75 years of combined expertise in the manufactured housing business. Vivian began her career in the industry in 1978 and Steve began his career in 1979. Vivian began her career in the sales and management area and Steve began his career in service, delivery and sales. Both Vivian and Steve have degrees from Piedmont College in Demorest, Georgia. The company of Vivian's Mobile Homes, Inc. dba Vivian's Homes, was founded in 1984.
Vivian's Homes has sold, delivered and set up over 3,000 homes throughout the Southeast including South Carolina and North Carolina. They are licensed to sell, deliver and set up in all three states, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. Vivian's Homes has its Retailer's license, Set-up license, Insurance license and Residential and General Contractors licenses for the State of Georgia. Both owners are very customer oriented, customer satisfaction is their biggest concern and secondary is that the home is set up properly. Steve is 'hands-on' in the delivery and set up. Vivian's Homes is one of the few retailers in the industry that has a full service and delivery department. They have their own delivery and service employees, trucks, translift, equipment, everything needed to accomplish a successful delivery.
